Delivery Guide

Orders for shop merchandise have the options of being held for collection or for delivery by Royal Mail

Royal Mail Delivery - will be made by 1st Class Post / Parcel Post depending on the size of the package. Postage includes packaging.

Orders for Collection - Outside Club Shop opening hours orders can be collected from Main Reception between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday - Sunday (except Public Holidays)

Please bring your Order Completion e-mail with you when collecting your order..

Please note that DFC Staff cannot deal with any enquiries concerning online orders or returns.

Enquiries

All order and returns enquiries should be made by e-mail to dfcmerchandising@aol.com. Enquiries will be acknowledged and responded to as soon as possible.

Stock Availability - This will be updated periodically so some items may be unavailable at the time your order is received. In the event of items being unvavailable, your order will be amended accordingly and a new order confirmation will be sent. If you do not want an order to be amended, please indicate in the "Delivery Information" box that will appear during checkout.

Products will only indicate that an item is in stock and not the quantity available. Please be aware that if you order more of an item than is in stock you will only be able to order up to the available stock level.

Customer Registration (Privacy Policy) - All customers will be required to register with the site before completing their initial order. This information will remain secure and will not be passed to third parties.

• DFCSA members will be able to receive any discounts to which they may entitled

DFC Supporters Association Discount - A Discount of 10% will be applied to purchases of £20 and over. Please note that the discount is for merchandise only and does not apply to Gift Vouchers.

Discounts will be applied to your order during processing and a separate confirmaton will be sent advising you of the new amount to be charged to your credit / debit card.

Please note that the Club shop is managed by volunteers and DFC staff do not have access to goods. Every effort will be made to deal with all enquiries and returns as soon as possible

Shirt Sizes - Errea & Macron

When purchasing shirts & kit, you may wish to consider buying a size larger than normal as experience has shown that these often are on the small size.

Macron - 5XL, 4XL, 3XL, 2XL, XL, L, M

Junior Shirt Sizes

Errea - XS, XXS, YXS
